Refund Policy

Smart Trading Indicators will not issue refunds under any circumstances, except as required by law. In the event that the law requires a refund, only a refund for the amount required by law will be issued.

Customers are not entitled to a refund for any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with our services or lack of understanding of them.

Customers who wish to request a refund in exceptional cases where the law requires a refund must provide all necessary documentation and evidence to support their request. Additionally, Smart Trading Indicators reserves the right to investigate and verify any claims before approving a refund.

Refunds will not be issued if the customer cancels their account or stops using our services before the end of the contract term. Refunds will also not be issued for non-compliance with Smart Trading Indicators' Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

Any dispute related to this refund policy will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. The parties involved agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

This refund policy is part of Smart Trading Indicators' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and is governed by them. Smart Trading Indicators reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time and without prior notice.
